The Cooking Workshops take place in a fully dedicated space, located in Arras, in the basement of the store Au Tablier Bleu. It is a place perfectly equipped to welcome 6 to 12 participants, individuals (adult, child) or companies, in a warm atmosphere, just like at home! The cooking workshops are led by chefs from the Hauts de France region, and all of them are happy to pass on their know-how while highlighting our gastronomic heritage and regional products. Attention is given to adapt to the level of each participant. All the ingredients necessary to the elaboration of the recipes proposed during the Cooking Workshops come from our specialized merchants of Arras and from our local producers. Local, local, only local! We indicate their origins to the participants to allow them to easily find the products and thus redo the recipes at home.

What are the targets?

The Cooking Workshops are aimed at individuals without any pre-requisite level: our chefs adapt to each participant. Our cooking workshops are also open to companies for the organization of collaborative professional events: teambuilding, incentives…

How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

Our cooking workshops are designed to allow everyone to cook responsibly:
Our chefs will accompany the participants to teach them how to concoct a dish from fresh, seasonal food, by promoting our local producers and our local shops, and by (re)discovering our regional gastronomic heritage.
These are all criteria that are important to all those who wish to “Cook responsibly”.
The AU TABLIER BLEU cooking workshops are part of this approach, accompanying all those who wish to go further in their choices by encouraging them to become actors of their social and environmental commitments.

Au Tablier Bleu

The AU TABLIER BLEU store is a friendly, warm space where you can (re)discover quality products from French and local production, and also where you can participate in cooking workshops led by local chefs throughout the year.
Four ideas summarize the concept: conviviality, pleasure, education and discovery.
The objective: to satisfy all expectations and delight those who love the pleasures of cooking !
Everything you need to cook a little, a lot, a lot !
