How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?
We help companies, communities and individuals to eat more sustainably during their events while guaranteeing the desired conviviality. We want to educate our clients that it is possible to take care of the environment even during big events. And that local and seasonal vegetarian home cooking is synonymous with eating well (good for the planet and health) but also with greed. Finally we guarantee 100% zero waste events (dishes, napkins, tablecloths, compost…) and show that it is easy to set up by taking care of all the logistics.
