Sublimeurs federates and animates a collective of more than 150 chefs, producers, craftsmen and companies rigorously selected on the basis of product quality and responsible commitments. Sublimeurs encourages this community of actors to work collectively for a sustainable gastronomy.

We work on 2 media to eat well:

  • We promote restaurants that sublimate quality products. We highlight the culinary universe of the chef and his producers and craftsmen to make people (re)discover the emblematic know-how of the region.
  • We also offer an address book of artisans and producers who are trusted by the chefs of the collective.
  • On our social networks, we communicate every day to promote our collective: responsible addresses, committed chefs, passionate artisans and producers, local and sustainable recipes, local and gourmet events, news from the regional culinary scene.

Sublimeurs also supports its collective through tailor-made consulting services to develop responsible, environmental and societal commitments. We work with partners for the collection and recovery of waste, renewable energy suppliers and distributors in short circuit, as well as banking institutions for the search of financing.

Finally, we offer the collective a rich and diversified calendar of events, which allows us to promote our gastronomy in the Hauts-de-France region and the committed actors who make it live.
