KM 200 is a pale ale. We have sourced the ingredients within a radius of less than 200km. The malts are traced to Hauts-de-France and malted in Belgium (that’s the farthest distance, hence KM 200), the hops are grown at the foot of the Mont des Cats at Riquier Thévenin and the yeast comes from Lesaffre in Marcq-en-Baroeul.
KM 200 is generous, the hops bring a wonderful herbaceous, resinous and spicy aromatic profile. The bitterness is soft. Tomorrow the KM 200 will be called KM100 or KM50… We work on it…
We had forgotten, the KM200 is organic.
The restaurants, the bars, the unconditional of the soil, of the good things.
The Hauts-de-France has a first class brewing culture. The revival of craft beers contributes to the development of the region. Producing as close as possible, developing an organic sector, getting to know the producers personally, nothing is more beautiful. Eating better is a guarantee for a better life.
