Our family farm was born 3 generations ago in the small village of Mentque-Nortbécourt in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
The polyculture of wheat, barley, colza, flax, beets, corn, meadows and dairy farming have allowed us to perpetuate and develop the farm with an agreement and a father-son work. For 30 years, we have been growing rapeseed on our land, a crop initiated by our grandfather.

And the oil in all this?

In 2006, with the arrival of my mother on the farm, a diversification was born. We decided to transform and value our rapeseed and create our oil. Our wish is to participate in a sustainable and responsible consumption of local and healthy local and healthy products. We are distributed in producer’s stores, delicatessens but also in our point of sale at the farm. 14 years later and aware of the potential of our land and territory, the sunflower made its entry on the sunny lands of the Hauts de France.

What are the targets?

The curious who want to eat better

How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

We pay the greatest attention to our soils by working in direct seeding under cover with associated plants.
This in order to promote a more sustainable agriculture and more virtuous for the environment.
