Take your family on a journey to discover the flavors of our land and become real P’tits chefs! Camille Delcroix, Sébastien Porquet, Jérémy Framery, Solène Elliott… From the four corners of the region, 10 passionate chefs have put their creativity at the service of children by imagining recipes for them… and their parents!

20 original recipes in starter, main course or dessert mode, classified by level of difficulty. Beet donuts with rose and cream cheese, potato truffle with maroilles, potato and herring burger, lamb kebab from the Prés Salés de la Baie de Somme, beef ravioli, vergeoise and speculoos pop cakes, chicory cream puffs and speculoos… You’ll love it!

Each recipe evokes a moment, a product from Hauts-de-France or a special encounter for the chef who created it.

What are the targets?

Children and parents

How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

The objective is to promote regional, local and seasonal products to young people (and their parents) by offering them the opportunity to cook in a responsible manner. Children will also learn how to decipher labels and discover the various official signs of quality, discover a lexicon to become a real P’tit chef and have an overview of regional products and where to find them throughout the seasons.

Promotion Committee of the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Agriculture

The Promotion Committee is a service of the Chamber of Agriculture. Its mission is to introduce the general public and children to the diversity and richness of our products and our regional gastronomy. The objectives are to encourage consumers to eat a balanced, diversified, local and seasonal diet and to promote agriculture and the agri-food industry.
