Catering competition open to 3rd grade students.
After internal selection by a jury of professionals, the selected candidates will participate in the Grand Final which will take place on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in the Lycée Hôtelier St Pierre de Calais.
The final tests will allow them to create a savory and sweet recipe on the theme of their choice. The restaurant part of the competition will also be honored by the setting and decoration of a table on the theme chosen by the candidates.
This is an opportunity to discover a sector, a hotel school and its training courses…
It is also an opportunity to provide them with a tool to help them in their choice of post-college orientation and to arouse vocations in the restaurant industry.

Middle school students in 3rd grade.

How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

This contest will allow the students to propose and realize a culinary recipe and thus awaken in them a taste for cooking.
Many themes chosen by the candidates are linked to our regional territory.
