We propose specialities of the Bay of the Somme and of the North with typical specialities such as the pre-salted lamb, the salicorne, the potjevleesch, the Flemish carbonnade, ….

Nestled 20km east of the Bay of the Somme, it is in Argoules that the Conserverie Saint Christophe was born in 1990. It is a family business in which Eric and Simon Van Oost offer you a wide range of pâtés, terrines, ready-made meals and soups. We offer you northern specialties such as Potjevleesch, Carbonnade and Chicken Waterzoï and specialties from the Bay of the Somme such as our Lamb and Sheep terrines from the salted meadow, the whelk terrine and the Salicorne.
