Cool K’cahuète is an atypical and convivial nomadic space, both an ephemeral restaurant and a federative event venue.
This unique space consists of two panoramic geodesic domes and a mobile kitchen fitted out in an Airstream trailer.
Itinerant, the Cool K’cahuète travels twice a year on the Opal Coast to offer its visitors an unusual, innovative and immersive taste experience on the most beautiful sites of the Boulogne region.
Strongly rooted in its territory, its objective is to contribute to the attractiveness of the Côte d’Opale, by promoting its natural, historical, living and culinary heritage, in a resolutely local, social and sustainable approach.

Local residents (couples, groups of friends, families, children), excursionists and tourists, professional and business tourists for the organization of professional events

How will your project help promote the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

By offering our visitors a real experience through:

  • A unique and ephemeral setting, with an immersion in a contemplative environment conducive to disconnection, offering a 360° view of the exceptional landscapes of the Opal Coast,
  • An innovative and creative approach favoring escape, discovery, sharing and conviviality (playful and creative cuisine, dishes to share, large common table…)
  • The honoring of local products and their producers, recipes and know-how of the territory. At the Cool K’cahuète everything is homemade, we work essentially with local quality products, ultra fresh and in season, supplied in short circuits directly from the producers and craftsmen of Boulonnais.

We want to encourage the creation of a direct link between the consumer and the producer or craftsman, in particular through regular events that honor our producers, their passion and their know-how.
