Etika is an urban spirulina farm located near Lille (Villeneuve d’Ascq, 45bis rue de la distillerie) that democratizes this superfood in the French plates, in an ecological, educational and committed way.
Spirulina is one of the most complete foods in its natural state in terms of micro-nutrients. This super food is now in huge growth in France, for its richness in proteins, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants -and therefore its health benefits-, for different types of customers: anemic people, sportsmen, locavores, tired people, veggies…
Fresh spirulina is the raw form of spirulina, without dehydration. In addition to better preserving its nutritional richness, it has very pleasant flavors and odor, called umami, and can be easily mixed into recipes, juices, or spread on bread.
