We produce and harvest French organic birch sap on a large scale, respecting nature and the artisanal harvest.
Thanks to its unique composition: minerals, trace elements, amino acids, and other nutrients beneficial to the body, birch sap is full of benefits.
Through our drink brands EauBouLeau and Vert d’O, we market the birch sap that we harvest, in glass bottles or cubes.
Infused with raspberry or lime juice, EauBouLeau and Vert d’O are the perfect accompaniment to a meal, a snack, to drink at breakfast, as an aperitif, in the evening before going to bed, or as a cure.
We also offer our raw birch sap, stabilized, unheated and unacidified, to chefs, craftsmen, industrialists or other actors who wish to use it in their recipes.

Thanks to its unique composition: minerals, trace elements, amino acids, and other nutrients beneficial to the body, birch sap is full of benefits. By adding a little lime juice or raspberry infusion, and by packaging it in snack, family or cure formats, we make it accessible to everyone.
Valorizing birch sap allows us to maintain the diversity of tree species and to maintain several forests in the Hauts de France, to keep them in good health, sustainably.
