My project starts in October with the installation of the laboratory of transformation. This new tool of work enables me to work the ice cream and the chocolate according to the weeks in order to propose products of quality. I was able, thanks to that, to take under my wing two apprentices in order to form them with the know-how of ice cream maker and chocolate confectionery in order to make perdure the craft made in Hauts de France

How will your project help promote the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

My project offers progress because we are more and more concerned about the quality of the products we consume. We make all our ice creams and chocolates in an artisanal way without preservatives and flavors in order to have an authentic and tasty product that is different from a supermarket product
