How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

The project aims to make better use of local products by rediscovering old recipes, to bring together elderly people who have culinary habits and little cooking secrets, producers and restaurant owners.
Through the work with children (school and alsh), it approaches the notion of “eating better” essential to the establishment of good habits in families.
All the culinary preparations made during the project are made with local products, the producers are highlighted in the publication,…
