The Stab wishes to receive the gastronomy label in order to promote regional products within its establishment. Receiving many seminars and prestigious events throughout the year, the objective would be to have 100% regional caterers during these events.
In addition to offering tastings during events, a whole communication will be established around this project, through posters in the building as well as on social networks, in order to transmit this state of mind and the values of local gastronomy.

How will your project help promote the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

This project will promote local gastronomy among our thousands of clients attending VIP events and corporate seminars. During the reception of sporting events, our establishment has a forecourt as well as several rooms that can accommodate local suppliers in order to present their products to the many general public visitors present. This will allow them to test the regional products within our establishment which will return in the state of mind to promote the local gastronomy and to transmit this state of mind of eating better in Hauts-de-France.
