Opening of a Flemish canteen restaurant in a small village at the foot of Mount Cassel. The restaurant is open every day of the week, we cook mainly local and farm products. A simple kitchen, tripe products, poultry, beef and fish according to the seasons. In addition to the restaurant we receive the children of the village school every day to allow them to eat healthy.

How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

My project is to give back the desire to children to eat simple and good things without going through the burger or frozen food. To give back a place of life and exchange in a small village of Flanders.
