With the aim of raising public and professional awareness of the major challenges facing the habitat of tomorrow, Station V is offering a program dedicated to the city of food until December 2023. Exhibitions, olfactory trails, conferences, demonstrations and workshops for young and old alike: this season explores the relationship between food and urban space, and questions our modes of consumption and production.

What are the targets?

Open to visitors (passers-by and professionals alike), Station V is a place of mediation and exchange accessible to all.

How will your project contribute to promoting the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

Several events in the program are aimed at professionals: workshops, start-up pitches and conferences focusing on the food of tomorrow and access to healthy, varied food for all. We’re also offering an exhibition of emblematic recipes from the Hauts-de-France region, based on local produce and enhanced with rare aromatic plants grown in mainland France. A number of demonstrations will be on show at Station V to raise awareness among professionals and the general public of innovative solutions for urban agriculture.
