ADEME Sustainable Tourism Fund - Gastronomy Hauts-de-France

The POT’ Hauts-de-France carries and leads the consortium grouped around the call for expressions of interest launched by ADEME: “Territorial partnerships of the action program Sustainable Tourism Fund France Relance Edition 2021” to which the Hauts-de-France Region is associated in close connection with the Regional Committee of Tourism and Conventions, the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Regional Natural Parks, the agency Sublimeurs, the Campus of trades and qualifications of excellence “tourism & innovation”, Pas-de-Calais Tourism, the agency of tourism innovation la Tangente and the Metropolitan Cluster of Greater Amiens.

The shared ambition is to structurally and financially support regional restaurants and tourist accommodations towards a mutation of their offer and their practice centered on the ecological transition.

Restaurants and accommodations will be able to benefit from an awareness-raising and diagnosis by the POT’ and its partners. They will then be accompanied to submit their application for funding to the ADEME.

What are the targets?

Restaurants and accommodations located in rural areas rural areas that wish to :

Initiate or pursue actions on the ecological transition
Prioritize the actions to be taken
Obtain aid for the associated investments
Initiate a process of continuous improvement

How will your project help promote the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?

Au-delà de la relance économique, l’objectif est à plus long terme d’accélérer les mutations en cours dans le secteur du tourisme et de répondre toujours mieux aux attentes des professionnels et aux envies nouvelles des touristes. Notre ambition est d’animer à long terme les démarches de tourisme durable au sein des entreprises touristiques de la région Hauts-de-France
