Parlons Saisons is a free 24-page magazine published twice a year with a circulation of 25,000 copies by the Promotion Committee, a department of the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Commerce. It offers its readers regional reports on new products and trends, products and know-how of producers and entrepreneurs in the region. It also includes a nutrition section (in partnership with the Pasteur Institute of Lille), recipes and interviews with chefs.
The objective is to promote our gastronomic heritage and all that makes the richness of our land through beautiful stories.
The magazine is distributed in tourist offices, tourist and cultural places in the region (museums, hotels, camping, libraries, partner shops/grocery stores, hotel schools…) and to the general public (subscribers and those who ask us).
It is also distributed at public events such as Terres en fête, the SIA, and other local festivals.
Finally, each time it is published, it is announced on our various digital networks: website and social networks.
What are the targets?
Adults over 30 years old who like gastronomy, cooking, regional products and regional know-how.
How will your project help promote the gastronomy of the Hauts-de-France region?
Through the magazine’s reports, we promote products, gastronomy and agricultural and entrepreneurial know-how in all departments.
We also seek to raise readers’ awareness of the importance of buying local products, seasonality and short circuits.
